The lather is where the shave is won or lost. This shave soap is made for anyone who wants a real wet shave: a dense, hot-processed, tallow-based puck that whips into a thick, cushioning lather built to protect skin and let the razor glide. No thin, bubbly foam that disappears halfway through the pass, just rich, stable lather that holds from the first stroke to the last.
We built this formula on the old-school fundamentals that make great shave soap: tallow, stearic acid and a dual-lye blend, then finished it with modern skin-care ingredients that soothe and hydrate while you shave. It's rugged enough for the coarsest beard and refined enough that your skin will notice the difference afterward.
Key ingredients: Tallow — The backbone of traditional shave soap. It creates a creamy, conditioning lather with real body and makes a firm puck that loads easily and lasts. Stearic Acid — The secret to that thick, cushioning lather. It builds the dense, yogurt-like texture that keeps a protective layer between blade and skin. Castor Oil — Rich in ricinoleic acid, it boosts lather density and slip at the same time, so the razor moves clean with less drag and less irritation. Silk Aminos — Adds slip, body and cushion to the lather, helping the blade glide smoothly over skin. Squalane & Meadowfoam Oil — Stirred in after the cook so they stay intact, they add glide during the shave and leave skin soft, never tight, afterward. Allantoin & Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5) — A calming, moisture-holding duo that soothes razor-stressed skin and helps it recover before you even reach for the aftershave.
Rounding out the blend, Shea Butter brings rich conditioning, and Vegetable Glycerin and Sodium Lactate add extra hydration and slickness. The dual-lye base, with both sodium and potassium soap, gives a soap firm enough to last but soft enough to load fast.

Volume: 4 oz / 113 g — Directions: Soak a shave brush in warm water and shake it out. Swirl it on the soap for 20–30 seconds to load, then build the lather on your face or in a bowl, adding a few drops of water at a time until it's thick and glossy. Shave as usual and rinse with cool water.

The lights go down first.
Not all at once. Slow and deliberate, with the room holding its breath. This is the top note of Fade To Black: a charge of Ozone in the air like the moment before a storm breaks, cut bright with Bergamot and a squeeze of Citrus that wakes you up whether you wanted it or not. Under it is a crisp bite of Apple, cold and clean, the first taste of something you shouldn’t have. The night has started, and it already knows your name.
Then the room closes in.
Rose arrives, but not the kind that comes in a bouquet. This one is darker, tainted, with petals bruised at the edges. It’s wrapped in something Floral and wild and threaded with Leather: worn and supple, the smell of a jacket that’s been places. An Aromatic herbal edge keeps it from going soft. This is the heart of the night, half seduction and half warning, close enough to feel the heat coming off it.
By the time the music fades, the scent sinks low and stays. Musk settles first, warm and close, skin against skin. Sandalwood follows, creamy and smooth, the kind of warmth that lingers on a collar. Tonka glows underneath, sweet and smoldering like the last of the amber light, and Cedarwood closes it out. It’s dry and steady, the final note before the screen goes dark.
This is a fragrance built like the last scene of the night. It opens charged and bright, turns dark and tempting in the middle, and ends somewhere warm, close, and impossible to forget.
