1. Overview
This website, stoneandsilkgrooming.com, is operated by Stone & Silk Grooming, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Stone & Silk," "we," "us," "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy, which are part of these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

3. Our products
Our shave soaps, pre-shave oils, aftershave splashes, beard oils, and beard balms are handmade in small batches. Natural variation in color, scent, and texture from batch to batch is normal and isn't a defect. Product photos are for illustration, and your item may look slightly different.

Our products are cosmetics for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Read the full ingredient list before use, patch test before first use, and stop using any product that causes irritation. If you have known allergies or a skin condition, check with a healthcare provider first. Keep products out of reach of children and away from eyes.

4. Custom orders
Products made through our Custom Scent Builder are made to order. Once production starts, custom orders can't be canceled or changed, and they're final sale except as stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Because we make products in small batches, items may sell out. We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline or cancel any order (including orders that appear fraudulent or were placed at an incorrect price), and discontinue products at any time. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

6. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we ship it or confirm it in writing. Payment is processed at checkout through Shopify's secure payment systems. We don't store your full card details.

7. Shipping and risk of loss
Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier.

8. Returns and refunds
Returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Accuracy of information
We work to keep descriptions, ingredients, and prices accurate, but errors happen. We may correct mistakes, update information, or cancel affected orders at any time, including after you've placed an order.

10. Intellectual property
The Stone & Silk name, logo, tagline "Rugged. Refined. You.," product names, label designs, photos, and site content belong to Stone & Silk Grooming, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

11. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation or security, to submit false information, or to resell our products in a way that misrepresents them or our brand.

12. Reviews and comments
If you submit a review, photo, or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and share it in connection with our business. You're responsible for what you submit, and it must not be false, offensive, or infringe anyone's rights. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

13. Third-party links and services
Our site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as payment processors and shipping carriers). We're not responsible for their content, policies, or performance.

14. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated in our policies, the site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stone & Silk and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Stone & Silk harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of our products or site.

17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.

19. Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
