Behind the brand is a founder who served 8 years in the Army as Airborne Infantry, then nearly a decade in food manufacturing — first as an industrial engineer at one of the world's largest food companies, then as a plant manager at a major condiment and dressing brand. That background means every batch is built on the same discipline used to run production lines that answer to strict quality and safety standards — nothing about this operation is guesswork.
